Note: The export volume will be better quantified after the supply audit which will better determine the quantum of trade that will take place on an annual basis. The calculations are thus estimations and will be updated as we progress with the project.
The following report details the operational modalities, trade execution, and institutional architecture associated with the currently modeled parameters. The economic estimates presented above are conservative and will be expanded on after we conduct the thorough supply chain audit.
The success of the implementation phase is contingent upon a clear understanding of the transactional lifecycle. As a foundational starting point, it is critical to highlight how the actual trade process will function within the pilot framework. This process moves beyond the diagnostic phase to create a clinical, verifiable pathway for regional commerce.
The project team has already mapped initial trade opportunities across four primary industrial categories: Automotive and Precision Engineering, Agro-processing and Packaging, Textiles and Apparel, and Light Pharmaceutical Manufacturing. These opportunities will be expanded and executed through a centralized Digital Trade Platform, which serves as the primary engine for transaction management and supply chain transparency.
The pilot is implemented as a three-year iterative process that focuses on hard-coding trade linkages between anchor tenants and regional suppliers. The process follows a demand-pull sequence where the digital platform initiates transactions based on real-time procurement data.
Pre-trade Intervention
Prior to and concurrently with trade, the following services will need to be performed. These are enabling steps which will allow trade execution:
This scenario models funding distributed across critical modules to ensure verifiable impact. The funding will be spent on the following elements to operationalize the trade ecosystem:
The economic benefits are modeled by capturing the incremental export volume unlocked directly by the Surgical Certifications. We estimate the direct job creation and indirect supply chain multipliers based on sector-specific benchmarks, quantifying the broader value-added to the regional GDP.
